THE CAVE
LPSA believes in promoting an inclusive atmosphere for our students to engage, meet fellow students, and take a break between classes. Our social space, THE CAVE (CE1300), has some new features: booths to increase permanent seating capacity, new lighting to provide sufficient lighting for studying, and social events in the evening. THE CAVE is definitely the place to be between classes with comfy seating, large windows with natural light, TVs, and games to challenge your friends. You can play ping pong, and pool in THE CAVE, visit the LPSA office (CE 1350) for the required equipment – ping pong paddles and balls.
The CAVE is the preferred venue for LPSA social events throughout the year. Check out the student event page or follow us on social media ( Instagram, Facebook ) for up-to-date promotional information.
The Cave is available for rent to community members, Polytech staff, students, and student clubs.
CAVE rental rates:
Outside organization:
Cave Rental + Alcohol service (bartender and security staff) = $700
Cave Rental + No alcohol service = $250
Internal organization (Polytechnic department or LPSA Club):
Cave Rental + Alcohol service (bartender and security staff) = $250
Cave Rental + No alcohol service = $75
